ok so i figured it out.
working in units:
couples take out a loan of $115,000 which is roughly a 30 year loan with a estimated monthly payment of around $350 to $450 including interest.
individuals take out a loan of $57,500 which is roughly a 25 year loan with an estimated monthly payment of around $250 to $300 including interest. (individuals could make the loan payments of around $350 to $400 but that is if it is a 15 year loan payment)

Technically those estimates on interest are about 2xs the rate they are right now at market rate. The interest estimates in my calculations are about 10-12%, but they should be lower like 5-8% I think. But hey the monthly loan payment for each unit is less than most places for rent. (the lowest possible market interest rate is about 3.6% but since we are younger with less stable credit scores, we will probably have a higher interest rate)
But Carolyn don’t forget the plan to take down a small corporation via arson then buy it out when their market value drops and then build the company from the ground up in the form of ponzi scheme. I’m telling you! We could fund the mansion in no time. Just need a few offshore bank accounts to get us rolling.
